Strategic plan
Jackson County Public Health is excited to begin the implementation of our 2025-2029 Strategic Plan. This plan was shaped by valuable input from key stakeholders, including our dedicated staff and members of the Jackson County DHHS board. We have ensured strong connections to our Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan, while aligning our goals with the Foundational Public Health Services and the 10 Essential Public Health Services.
We hope this plan will reflect our ongoing commitment to being responsive, collaborative, and accountable to the communities we serve. With clear priorities and measurable goals, we are better positioned to respond to current challenges and prepare for those that lie ahead.
